Do you run a vegan restaurant, a café, a shop — or are you active in animal welfare? Add your place: free of charge, maintained by you, checked by our editorial team.
Online in three steps.
1. Create an account
Register free of charge with your e-mail address. You’ll use the account to look after your entry later on.
2. Fill in your entry
Name, address, location on the map, category, cuisine & offering, opening hours, photos — everything guests want to know.
3. Editorial approval
We check every entry, usually within two working days. After that your place can be found in the directory, on the map and in the radius search.
Fully vegan — or with clear vegan options.
The directory lists two kinds of places, and we show the difference clearly:
- Fully vegan — the whole business is vegan, from the espresso to the dessert.
- Vegan options — not entirely vegan, but with a separate vegan menu or a large, clearly labelled vegan offering.
Add to that shops, delivery services, hotels, cookery classes, plus animal-welfare and animal-rights organisations, sanctuaries, associations and meet-ups.
What an entry costs
0 €. hauptstadt.net is an editorial project, not an advertising portal. There are no premium entries and no fees.
What we don’t include
Places outside Berlin, online-only offerings without an address, and businesses without a verifiable vegan offering. Details are in the guidelines for entries.

My place is already listed — what now?
Then it was created by the editorial team. Write to us via the contact form or the contact function on the entry — we’ll transfer the entry to you so you can look after it yourself.
Can I change photos and opening hours later?
Yes. Log in, open your entry and edit it. Changes are briefly reviewed and then published.
How long does approval take?
Usually up to two working days. You’ll get an e-mail as soon as your entry is online.
Why does the map marker matter?
The radius search works from the location on the map. Place the marker exactly on your address so you show up under “Near me”.
