Cooking class: Secret Garden Vegan – regional, seasonal, gluten-free

Vegan and gluten-free cooking class with fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients; in the winter months the menu includes dishes such as swede soup, roasted beetroot with hazelnuts and courgette and nut brownies.
