About this event
At the concept store on Linienstraße, the owners show how fresh tofu is made from soybeans. Participants work with the house's own tofu-making sets, one station each. The workshop runs for two and a half hours and is aimed at anyone who would rather make tofu than buy it. A set to take home is included, which is why the price is higher than for an ordinary cooking class.
