Vegan Sushi Workshop at studio32

At the studio32 cooking workshop in Schöneberg, four hours are devoted entirely to plant-based sushi. The team demonstrates how to wash, cook and season the rice and how to roll maki that keep their shape. Alongside the classics, participants try more elaborate modern creations using different techniques and textures. Every ingredient is vegan; drinks and take-home recipes are included.
