Cooking class: Turkish vegan cooking with Onur Malay

In three and a half hours Onur Malay shows how Turkish cooking works entirely plant-based and without meat substitutes. On the menu are kumpir, Turkish stuffed baked potatoes, lahmacun and one further dish. Everything is eaten together afterwards; two glasses of wine and the recipes to take home are included. Bring a container if you would like to take leftovers with you.
