Requirements and how to apply
The project must lie in one of the 32 Quartiersmanagement areas (Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Spandau, Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Reinickendorf, Treptow-Köpenick, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Steglitz-Zehlendorf). The contact is the local QM team; the neighbourhood's Aktionsfondsjury decides on activities of up to 1,500 euros.
What you should know
What counts is whether the address lies in the funding area; this can be checked in the Berlin Geoportal. The area list is reviewed regularly; neighbourhoods can leave the programme after a transition phase. Those living outside the areas can look at FEIN for individual measures. There is no legal entitlement.
