About this place
Gartenarbeitsschule Wedding is one of three sites run by the Schul-Umwelt-Zentrum Mitte and is located on Scharnweberstraße in the Wedding neighbourhood. Kindergarten groups and school classes from the Mitte district tend their own beds here throughout the school year and take part in cross-curricular nature and environmental lessons. The centre also offers teacher training and vocational training in ornamental plant cultivation. Visits are arranged through the school's or kindergarten's own booking with the centre; there is no general public access.
