About this place
The Ökowerk Berlin nature conservation centre is located at Lake Teufelssee in the Grunewald forest, housed in a former waterworks, and is run by the association of the same name. The grounds, with a garden, historic waterworks technology and nature trails, are open to the public on several days each week, complemented by workshops and guided tours for all age groups. The association regularly offers places for a voluntary ecological year, federal volunteer service and other forms of volunteering. A bistro on site rounds out the offering.
