About this place
Essbare Straße e. V. runs a community garden on Swinemünder Straße in the Brunnenviertel, where neighbours grow vegetables such as spinach, tomatoes and pumpkins together. The association regularly opens the garden on Thursdays and Sundays for joint gardening, cooking and other activities. Membership is possible but not required to take part. The garden welcomes both gardening beginners and experienced hobby gardeners and serves as an international neighbourhood meeting point.
