The office and administration complex with a Jobcenter at Landsberger Allee 52 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, completed in 2023, combines a green roof with retention boxes, de-sealing measures and cross-plot rainwater management shared with neighbouring sites. Rainwater is retained on the roof, used for irrigation, and any surplus is infiltrated on site. The concept reduces discharge into the sewer system and helps cool the building. The roof and technical rainwater installations are not publicly accessible, though the building can be viewed from the street.
