In front of the Turmstraße neighbourhood shop at Krefelder Straße 1A, the Turmstraße greening programme created a parklet that turns a former parking space into a small green place to sit and stay. Project management lies with KoSP GmbH on behalf of the Mitte district office. In regular spring planting actions the parklet is planted together with the neighbourhood, and in summer help with watering from residents is welcome. The area is freely accessible and forms part of the wider greening programme for the Turmstraße quarter.
