Advice is given in the Stadtbegrünung consultation hour: every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 5 to 6 pm online, with registration by e-mail one week in advance. On-site appointments are currently not offered. The office on Prenzlauer Allee is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm and by arrangement.

About this place

Under the title ‚Das summende brummende Fensterbrett‘ GRÜNE LIGA Berlin works to see every small surface in the city planted: window sills, balconies, courtyards and tree pits. The project addresses people who have no garden and still want to do something for wild bees, hoverflies and other urban insects. Its centrepiece is the Stadtbegrünung consultation hour: twice a month it advises online on which planting actually helps ecologically, which legal rules apply to courtyards and tree pits, and which plants suit a given spot; on request the office passes people on to further contacts. Alongside this there are course series, workshops and joint actions from the ‚Summ sala blüh‘ programme. The office is on Prenzlauer Allee.
