Musterflächen Gebäudebegrünung am Fehrbelliner Platz

Eight demonstration areas for building greening have been built at the office building of the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Housing on Fehrbelliner Platz. They show interior planting, ground-based and wall-based façade greening, extensive and intensive roof greening, a retention roof, a roof area for urban gardening and a biodiversity roof. The areas are meant as a source of knowledge: each type of construction has its own documentation to download on the project page. They were built together with the Bundesverband GebäudeGrün. The department expressly invites people to come and look at them.
