Cooking workshop: Making vegan chocolates at Tierheim Berlin

Four-hour workshop at the Tierheim Berlin animal shelter: the basics of making vegan chocolates with natural ingredients, including hazelnut and lemon with white chocolate, salted caramel made from dates and nut butter, and sugar-free date and raspberry pralines. Savoury snacks and drinks are included, and from 1 pm there is an exclusive tour of the shelter. You take the chocolates and recipes home with you.
