Workshop: intuition in vegan cooking

This workshop practises cooking without a recipe: building a plant-based dish from whatever is at hand. Simple dishes such as lentil soup and a vegetable stir-fry serve as exercises, alongside plant alternatives to animal ingredients and ways to use up leftovers. Three and a half hours, entirely vegan, suitable for beginners. The series continues monthly.
