Heating subsidy for private individuals – residential buildings (KfW 458)

Federal grant for climate-friendly heating in existing residential buildings. According to KfW, it supports private owners of residential property and homeowners’ associations. According to KfW, the funding is subject to available budget funds.

IBB energy-efficient building renovation – Efficiency House

Loan programme of the State of Berlin run by IBB for the energy-efficient renovation of rented residential buildings to Efficiency House standard, supplementing a KfW loan with an interest subsidy. According to IBB, it supports housing companies, housing cooperatives, landlords and investors. IBB does not mention owner-occupiers.

SolarPLUS – Berlin funding for solar installations

Programme of the State of Berlin run by IBB: grants for solar installations on detached, semi-detached and terraced houses as well as apartment and commercial buildings.
