The northern Wall Trail from Wilhelmsruh to Hermsdorf
Thirteen and a half kilometres along the northern edge of the city, from the Nordgraben across the Blankenfelde fields to the Tegeler Fließ. Here the signposted Wall Trail is largely a field track with a view, not an urban cycle path.

From the Plänterwald to the Dahme at Grünau
Fifteen and a half kilometres from the Spree bank in Treptow across the Königsheide woods to the Dahme. A leisure route that is rideable all year and passes through Adlershof halfway.

A loop through the Spandau forest
Eighteen kilometres through the largest continuous woodland in the west of the city, with exactly one set of traffic lights on the whole loop. Ninety per cent of the route lies in forest.

Through the Grunewald to the Havel and on to Wannsee
Sixteen and a half kilometres from Grunewald station past the Grunewaldturm down to the Havel and on to Wannsee. The only route in the starting set with noticeable climbs.

Around the Tegeler See and through the Tegeler Fließ
Twenty-one kilometres of Reinickendorf in one go: lake shore, forest, the Konradshöhe peninsula and the Tegeler Fließ to finish. Four sets of traffic lights on the whole loop.
